A. Payment:
1. We accept multi-currencies, International Buyers can choose to pay in any one of the currency in the CURRENCIES info box!
2. We only offer three (3) payment methods:
a) Cash on delivery, only available for local pick-up in Hong Kong.
b) Payment by Paypal for all international Buyers so that both the Seller and the Buyer are protected. Whether you have a Paypal account or not, you can use any one of your credit cards to make payment thru Paypal, or why not sign up a Paypal account and join the 100+ million people already did, it is completely free of any transaction fees for the Buyers! c) For each order of more than US$200 or equivalent, we also accept payment via International Bank Transfer, please contact us for the banking details if required.
d) For members who is resided in a Country that PayPal is not available or international bank transfer is not an option, we also accept payment by WESTON UNION money transfer, please contact us for more information before making the transfer.
B. Shipping & Packing
1. All items will be shipped to Buyer within 2 days after payment is cleared.
2. We offer the following different Shipping Methods (Note: Shipping Insurance is included in all Shipping Methods except for Local Rates!):
a) Local Rates is available to Hong Kong Buyers only, all items will be shipped via Hong Kong Post Office (‘HKPO?#41 Local Courierpost and will arrive at Buyers?address on the next day.
b) Zone 1 Rates is available to Buyers from Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, South Korea, Lao PDR, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam, all items will be shipped via HKPO Speedpost which guarantee to arrive at any major cities worldwide in 3-4 working days. (Note: Some remote areas may take a few more days!)
c) Zone 2 Rates is available to Buyers from Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Japan, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, Pakistan and Sri Lanka, all items will be shipped via HKPO Speedpost which guarantee to arrive at any major cities worldwide in 3-4 working days. (Note: Some remote areas may take a few more days!)
d) Zone 3 Rates is available to Buyers from Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Canada, Cayman Island, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Mexico, Nauru Island, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Russian Federation, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UK, USA, and Vanuatu, all items will be shipped via HKPO Speedpost which guarantee to arrive at any major cities worldwide in 3-4 working days. f) Zone 5 Rates is available to Buyers from Angola, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Congo, Djibouti, Ethiopia, French Polynesia, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Mauritius, Mozambique, Senegal, Seychelles, South Africa, Tanzania, Tunisia and Zimbabwe, all items will be shipped via HKPO Speedpost which guarantee to arrive at any major cities worldwide in 3-4 working days. g) Standard International Rates is available to Buyers from whole worldwide, all items will be shipped via HKPO REGISTERED AIRMAIL which takes 7-14 working days to arrive at any major cities worldwide. (Note: Some remote areas may take a few more days!)
3. For any of the Shipping Method selected, a Tracking No. is available for online tracking in HKPO’s website http://app1.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp
4. All items will be first wrapped in bubble sheet for protection before putting into envelop or box for shipment.
5. We understand that all Buyers, after making payment for their purchases, are anxious to know whether their Items were shipped or when they should expect their Items to arrive, and that is exactly why we would notify our Buyer by email the time of shipment together with photo to evidencing the shipment.
C. Returns
1. All items sold by us carry a 7 days 'NO QUESTION ASK' return policy. If you are not satisfied with the Item for whatever reason, simply notify us by email to support@obdtoolstore.com to obtain a return address and approval code, then ship the Item with its original packing back to us within 7-days from the date you received the Item.
2. We will refund the full purchase amount less shipping & insurance (if any) charges to your Paypal account within 24 hours upon receipt of the returned Item. |
